1280 FIFTH AVENUE, NEW YORK, NY

1280 FIFTH AVENUE, NEW YORK, NY

Our interiors at One Museum Mile, the 210,000-square-foot residential condominium designed by RAMSA at 1280 Fifth Avenue, are inspired by the extraordinary beauty of Central Park’s Harlem Meer. The condominium interiors are defined by a unified palette of natural materials that include American black walnut, sustainable teak and cypress, limestone slabs, abalone shell tile, and Venetian glass. In the lobby, natural geometries inspire the sculptural curved ceiling, while richly grained laurel wood and pitted bronze allow nature to define the character and texture of the surfaces. A site-specific artwork by acclaimed artist Amanda Weil references the mood and atmosphere of the great urban park across the street. Photos © Francis Dzikowski/Esto
