This 32-story luxury residential tower for the Related Companies at Hudson Yards offers 178 luxurious residences and a rich array of amenity spaces including a highly-curated lobby, resident lounges, galleries, entertainment venues and athletic facilities to create both a sense of place and a community in this new and vibrant urban center. We invited the geometry of Hudson Yards’ contemporary architecture and the organic qualities of the adjacent High Line inside the building, considering every material and detail. We created a highly-textural and contemporary palette of artisan-materials and custom-designed elements including bronze cast at a fine-art foundry and hand-forged glass. Their textures, colors and finishes inspired all 325,000SF of our interiors and work towards a single goal -- to create a feeling of joy. We also emphasized the artistry and craftsmanship that is at the core of our sensibility with a dozen works of process-driven art displayed throughout.
